  We have had some problems but John has fixed them over and over again. He has been very fair through the whole process. They have discounted the fixes or charge no charge. Even at their own expense which is greatly appreciated! They have a family owned vibe and they make you few welcomed every time you come into the store. Great prices and great deals going all the time.

  Jon and the staff at Elders are absolutely phenomenal. They treated me and the other customers as family, and whether you are just browsing or seriously shopping, they help you find the best for the best price. The service, selection, and pricing are second to none. Elders jewelry will now forever be my go-to for jewelry and sparkly things. Thank you guys for everything!!!

  The entire experience my Fiance and I had from start to finish was incredible. We felt totally comfortable anytime we were in the shop deciding on any details. We felt no pressure to make any decisions that we were not comfortable making and all in all ended up with that perfect engagement ring. Ricki and Jon were professional as they come and genuinely care about the work they do and it shows in the quality of work and my apparent satisfaction. In such a potentially stressful component to popping that question I can safely say that I could not be happier with Elder.
