- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆July 31, 2019, by Jeff GatesAlthough, I was able to come to an agreement with the owner, this man seems to make up his own rules on returns. I get the impression this is not an actual Sears store but a store that sells Sears products. I had a new appliance that I wanted to return after having it a week, I said it made noise and I wanted to return it, he said that there was nothing wrong with it and said he would charge me a "usage" fee, 25% of the cost of the item, yikes, I don't think so. Steer clear of this place. Go to an actual Sears.
